Nathan Timothy is a British singer-songwriter, producer, and one of those rare artists whose work sounds just as good on headphones at midnight as it does soundtracking something that genuinely changes lives. Drawing on the melodic intelligence of Hall & Oates, the groove of Chic, and the emotional directness of Howard Jones, his music sits at the intersection of Pop, Electropop, and Singer/Songwriter — crafted with care, built to last.
With seven solo studio albums, two albums as one half of electronic pop duo Purple Dreams, over 3,000 songs written and produced, and more than 4 million streams, Nathan has spent decades doing what he loves — and doing it well.
But Nathan's story doesn't stop at the studio door. As founder of The Songwriting Charity and creator of the anti-bullying initiative Bullybeat, he has worked with thousands of children and young people across the UK — helping them find their voice, process their experiences, and create something they're genuinely proud of.

Nathan has always believed that songwriting is one of the most powerful tools a person can have — not just for making music, but for making sense of the world. Through The Songwriting Charity, he has brought that belief into schools, community spaces, and youth programmes across the UK, using original songwriting to build confidence, resilience, and connection in young people who need it most.
His anti-bullying initiative Bullybeat takes that work even further — giving children a creative outlet to explore difficult emotions, challenge unkindness, and write their way toward something better. It's the same instinct that drives every song Nathan writes: the idea that when you find the right words, something shifts.
That's the work. That's the mission.
